From January 30th to the 31st, at the Marriott Wardman Park hotel, will be BWW’s annual meeting in Washington DC. BWW provides leadership solutions to emerging managers and business owners. Think of them as the jelly membrane between the workplace and HR. Many companies don’t have the resources or ability for motivational training. And when the workplace can be the host of different issues, BWW can step in with motivational speakers and insight on how to improve. This conference is not designed just for employees, but for managers, too. After all, to create a teaming environment everyone needs to get their hands dirty.
Leaders and mentors are hard to find. And often small businesses don’t know where to look. That is why it’s so important for BWW to strengthen their efforts and spread their message. BWW is filled with wonderful men and women who want to make a difference. With that comes a desire to mold wonderful business owners to feel competent and in control. Day-to-day grind can become mentally exhausting. So to hear a large network of leaders address the issues of surrounding success, it’s a relief. Hopefully, we all want to be our best selves, and this is an avenue to get there.
