For the environmentally conscious and exercise prone, bike rentals are available throughout the city by different means. DC does have the largest bike share program through Capital Bikeshare. There is a membership fee depending on how often you would like to use the bike and then usage fee for the amount of time. See their prices for more info. If you’re by the Smithsonian museums, you can also pick up a ride from? the pedal-powered taxi service, DC Pedicab. It’s not quite a horse-drawn carriage, but it certainly provides the rider with a new experience!
